5 more days of gratitude!

November 4- I am grateful for loving parents. I know I haven't always been super nice to them...but they have put up with me for 21 years now-lets see how much longer that lasts!! hahaha! My Mom is so loving! I call her basically everyday and we talk about everything! She is always willing to listen to me! My Dad is one of the funniest men I know! He always laughs at my jokes...and retells his own jokes as much as I do! I love it!

November 5- I am grateful for a roof over our head. As many newlyweds do, we have had financial struggle. At times it is so stressful, but luckily I have such a loving husband who will do anything to make sure Addy and I are provided for.

November 6- I am grateful for music. This might sound odd-but music has ALWAYS been such a huge part of my life. It doesn't matter what mood I'm in,what situation I'm in, or where I am-there is ALWAYS a song that I can relate to and can totally make me feel awesome! Music has and always will be a major part of my life! I am currently LOVING that the Christmas season is upon us...Christmas music it is!!!

November 7- I am grateful for wonderful in-laws! They have welcomed my into their family from the time we met. It is so fun to be able to be so close with Lorie and to be able to hang out with her and have our kids play! I love how well her kids play with Addy! It is a blast! Ken and Pat, Lorie and Matt, and Justin have always treated me better than I could ever expect! Thank you!

November 8- I am grateful for good friends! I remember in high school my parents told me that after high school there will not be very many friends that keep in touch!...my thought was "yeah that might be true for you--but my friends and I are different"...ya...right. But I am grateful for the friends that I have kept in touch with! Even though we don't get to talk as often as we would like...its awesome to be able to keep in touch and know what is happening in each others lives! It is exciting to see where each of us are in our lives!

November 9- I am grateful for the gospel. It is amazing to feel the love of the Savior in our lives. Sometimes it is hard to feel...but just when you need it-loving tender mercies come into our lives. Tonight Lorie gave me a vinyl lettering plaque that says "Attitude of Gratitude" on it. I love it! How appropriate for not only the month of Thanksgiving...but life all year round!
