
As for an update on weightloss! Jason and I have been walking regularly-now we just need to make sure to adjust our schedule a little bit to walk earlier because its getting dark earlier and I hate walking in the dark! We have missed a few days because of that. As for eating-we have been eating healthier food so that's good! My first week after writing about losing weight was a horrible week emotionally-and I learned a major lesson. I have always thought "maybe" I was an emotional eater--that was proven to me very clearly. I realize I need to be a lot more careful and aware of my emotions so that I can realize when I am in need of something, and fulfill my needs in a healthy way-such a working out-instead of eating, which in the end-really isn't helping me out at all. That's my lesson learned!!
